Oak leaf

Oak leaf
$8.40
The oak's signature silhouette, deeply lobed with rounded scallops running up both sides to a pointed tip, pressed into every dish you make. Use it as is for a clean, smooth leaf-shaped tray, or take it further: press a real oak leaf into the clay surface to transfer its vein pattern, or carve the midrib and laterals in by hand. Works beautifully as a catch-all dish, a spoon rest, or a decorative wall piece. Part of the Roopam Leaf Mold Collection.

How to use
The Sponge TechniquePlace a sponge underneath your clay slab when pressing it into the mold. This sponge mold technique helps push the clay into all the intricate details of the design for clearer impressions.
Easy ReleaseDust the mold lightly with corn flour before every use. It acts as a barrier, letting the clay pop right out without sticking or tearing.
Clean with CareWipe clean with a moist cloth only. Do not submerge in water. If clay gets stuck, let it dry completely and pick it out with a needle tool.
Store Flat & DryStore molds flat in a dry location. Consistent airflow helps maintain the wood's stability and prevents warping over time.
