These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Roopam Tools, an e-commerce platform operated by Karmam Martech OPC Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise accessing Roopam Tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Karmam Martech OPC Private Limited.

If you are placing an order on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. About Roopam Tools

Roopam Tools is an e-commerce platform operated by Karmam Martech OPC Private Limited. We sell premium pottery tools including:

Pottery stamps and clay stamps
Molds and pottery molds
Clay cutters and cookie cutters for pottery
Pottery rollers and texture rollers
Letter stamps and alphabet stamps
Custom pottery tools designed by you

3. Account Registration

To place an order on Roopam Tools, you must create an account. When registering:

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
You must be at least 18 years of age
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
One person or entity may maintain only one account

4. Product Orders & Pricing

4.1 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) depending on your selected region and may change without notice.

4.2 Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

4.3 Payment

Payment is processed at the time of order placement through our secure third-party payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe). You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the full order amount.

5. Shipping Policy

5.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Orders shipped within India typically arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on:

Carrier delays and holidays
Weather or other unforeseen circumstances

5.2 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery timelines depend on:

Destination country and customs processing
Shipping carrier and service level
Local postal service efficiency in the destination country
International holidays and customs clearance

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

5.3 Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.

6. No Refunds / No Returns Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS.

No refunds will be provided for any reason after payment is processed
No returns will be accepted, including for custom products
We do not offer exchanges or store credit for any products
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and production has begun
We recommend carefully reviewing product details, dimensions, and images before placing your order

By placing an order on Roopam Tools, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund, no-return policy.

7. Custom Designs & User-Uploaded Content

7.1 Design Uploads

Users may upload custom designs for pottery stamps, molds, and other products. When you upload a design:

You confirm that you own the rights to the design or have permission to use it
You grant us permission to manufacture the product based on your design
You grant us permission to display your design on our website and promotional materials

7.2 No Design Exclusivity

By default, uploaded designs are NOT exclusive to you.

This means:

We may feature your uploaded design on our website as a ready-made product available to all customers
Other customers may purchase products with your design
We may use your design for marketing and promotional purposes
You retain ownership of your design but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it

7.3 Exclusive Design Arrangements

If you require exclusive rights to your design (meaning your design will not be offered to other customers or featured on our website), you must explicitly request this in writing before placing your order.

To request exclusive design arrangements:

Provide details about your design and exclusivity requirements
Exclusive designs may be subject to additional fees and minimum order quantities
All exclusive arrangements must be agreed upon in writing before production begins

7.4 Design Approval & Quality

We will review all uploaded designs for technical feasibility and may contact you if adjustments are needed. We are not responsible for the final appearance of products if the uploaded design file quality is poor or unsuitable for manufacturing.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform Ownership

The Roopam Tools platform, including all software, designs, product images, text, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by Karmam Martech OPC Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 Product Designs

Our original product designs (stamps, molds, cutters, etc.) are owned by Roopam Tools. You may not reproduce, replicate, or sell copies of our designs without written permission.

8.3 User Content License

When you upload designs to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your designs for the purposes outlined in Section 7 (Custom Designs Policy).

9. User Responsibilities

As a user of Roopam Tools, you agree to:

Use our services only for lawful purposes
Comply with all applicable laws when ordering and using our products
Not upload designs that infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Not upload designs containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Provide accurate shipping and contact information
Not attempt to circumvent payment systems or commit fraud
Not use our platform to resell products without authorization

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Karmam Martech OPC Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events
We are not responsible for damages or injuries caused by improper use of our products
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question
We are not liable for any issues arising from user-uploaded designs

11. Disclaimers

"AS IS" Service: Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Product Variations: Handcrafted pottery tools may have slight variations in color, size, and appearance. These variations are natural and not considered defects.

Custom Products: We cannot guarantee that custom products will exactly match your expectations. Please review design files carefully before ordering.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, pending orders may be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
