Roopam Tools is a pottery tool manufacturer based in Kerala, India. We design, produce and ship a growing catalog of tools for handbuilders, studio potters, teaching studios and ceramic educators.

The business exists to close a specific gap: precision tools built for the way potters actually work, priced fairly, and available worldwide rather than limited to a handful of markets. Every product we sell is designed and manufactured by us, not sourced and rebranded.

Roopam Tools is operated by Karmam Martech (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. We sell direct to customers through this site and fulfil every order from our own workshop.

Potters and studios come to us with a motif, a piece of artwork, a studio mark, a shape they need for a specific commission, or simply a problem they have not found a tool for. We take it from there: translating the idea into a CAD design, prototyping it, and manufacturing a finished tool made for that potter alone.

Custom work runs through exactly the same process and the same standards as our catalog pieces. A one off stamp made from a customer's own drawing is built with the same care as a tool we produce in the hundreds. A potter's marks should be theirs, and custom tools are how we make that possible.
